The Project

S'cuvillens combines the charm of nature and the urban conveniences.

This magnificent barn classified as a Historic Monument of the 19th century will be completely renovated and arranged to respect its initial architecture as well as the directives of cultural property and history while protecting the tranquility of all. The spacious apartments high quality going from 3.5 to 4.5 rooms will let the tenants the possibility of admiring the view on the Jura mountains as well as on the surrounding nature.

The situation

The domain will favor a place of peaceful life thanks to its privileged situation and natural surroundings.

Composed of 8 apartments, this barn will be divided into three floors with the following distribution:

- Three apartments of 4.5 rooms from 112 m² to 115 m²

- Five apartments of 3.5 rooms from 82 m³ to 96m³
